Structure
We are a consultancy business built up of a professional team of employees and our long-term trusted suppliers. Our business is led by Paschal Walsh (Managing Director) and Laila Pacheco (Administrative Director).
Our team of professional personnel includes chartered quantity surveyors, quantity surveyors, claims consultants and planners who provide advisory and supportive services to our clients across the full project life cycle.
Managing Director
Paschal Walsh is responsible for business development and management. He is a legally qualified (LLM) Chartered Quantity Surveyor (FRICS) and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB). He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the Association of Project Management (MAPM) and the Association of Cost Engineers (MACostE). Paschal has over 30 years contract, claims and commercial management experience providing advisory services to client entities, contractors, developers, subcontractors and consultancies in the construction industry worldwide.

Administrative Director
Laila Pacheco is responsible for human resources and accounts. She is qualified with a Diploma in Photography and Media. Laila has over 20 years administrative, construction labour recruitment and supply chain management experience across retail, photographic and oil & gas industries worldwide.
