Our privacy policy

Legislation 

The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 set out that any processing of personal data must be lawful, fair and transparent.

About TIMESING 

TIMESING Limited (TIMESING), was founded in 2024. We are a business providing commercial (quantity surveying), dispute resolution and planning advice in addition to management support services to clients and contractors in the construction industry based around a shared set of positive workplace beliefs, values, attitudes, standards, purposes and behaviours. 


We care about our employees, supply chain and customers, we listen to them and constantly strive to improve the service and value we provide. 


TIMESING is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) to handle personal data electronically.

We will retain the data collected from employees, suppliers and clients for the appropriate durations for each individual data item as required to operate the business efficiently and comply with legislation.
